Farm at Thunder and 231
Maine Farmland Trust holds a “Forever Farm” conservation easement on a 34-acre field at the intersection of Thunder Road and New Gloucester Road (Route 231) in North Yarmouth.

New Leaf Farm
New Leaf Farm near Runaround Pond in Durham was one of the first organic commercial farms in Maine and was run and operated by Dave and Chris Colson until 2014. Today, the farm is not commercially farmed, yet with a conservation easement that will be placed on the land in 2023, there will be less of a barrier for a farmer from the next generation to steward the land and provide local food. Mulberry Farms
Mulberry Farms in Raymond Maine is an organic vegetable and produce farm. This farm and farmland is protected by a forever farm conservation easement held by the Maine Farmland Trust. They are certified by MOFGA (Maine Organic Farms and Gardeners Association) as well.
