Maine Woodland Owners
Maine Woodland Owners (MWO) land trust owns nearly 2000 acres in New Gloucester known as the Chandler Lands, as well as a smaller parcel in New Gloucester and a small parcel in Gray. MWO land is managed for timber. Public access is allowed, but not developed.

Cousins River Fields and Marsh
The Cousins River Fields and Marsh will become a preserve in late 2022 when Maine Coast Heritage Trust closes on the property. Royal River Conservation Trust and Freeport Conservation Trust worked alongside Maine Coast Heritage Trust to raise the funds to conserve this 82-acre parcel. Long Hill Road Preserve
This 16-acre subdivision open space parcel with frontage on Long Hill Road in North Yarmouth has no trails. It is managed for ecology and wildlife. Preserve information here.
