The Merribrook Farm (formerly Brookings) is a 232-acre farm on Intervale Road in New Gloucester purchased in 2018 by Maine Farmland Trust. The Maine Farmland Trust then sold the farm to a private farmer, retaining an agricultural “Forever Farm” conservation easement. In 2020 the new owners are working to revitalize the property.
