Old Crow Ranch

Description

Old Crow Ranch is located on the Davis Road in Durham, near Runaround Pond. The ranch is conserved by two Royal River Conservation Trust agricultural easements dating to 2008 and 2019. Steve Sinisi bought the land that would become Old Crow Ranch in 2008 and expanded the farm’s footprint in 2019 through the purchase of a nearby pasture. The ranch raises grass-fed beef as well as pastured pork and poultry.

The Old Crow Ranch conservation easements comprise a portion of a total of 450 acres of conserved land near Runaround Pond.  This region has been identified in RRCT’s 2022 Conservation Plan as an important conservation and ecological area within the four-town “hot-spot” of Auburn, Durham, New Gloucester, and Pownal.
