Wescustogo Park

Description

Wescustogo Park provides convenient access to the Royal River in North Yarmouth. Launch your canoe or kayak on the hand-carry boat access ramp and paddle upstream to Penney Road in New Gloucester or downstream to destinations at Route 9 in North Yarmouth or East Elm Street in Yarmouth. The park is owned and managed by the Town of North Yarmouth.

Property

Located on New Gloucester Road (Rt. 231), Wescustogo Park is comprised of 10 acres of open fields with access to the Royal River. A hand-carry canoe launch provides recreational canoeists with the opportunity to enjoy many miles of the Royal River. The open fields are used by young and old alike for sports activities, kite flying and family gatherings from April through November.
